Course Overview:

Spanish for Real Estate is designed for real estate agents, mortgage loan officers, or anybody else working in the real estate industry who are wanting to better communicate with their Spanish-speaking clients. The course picks up where Spanish Fundamentals leaves off and provides you with vocabulary specifically for real estate. These two courses together will give you a solid vocabulary base to draw from in order to bridge the communication gap with the Spanish-speakers in your community.

Each lesson is organized as follows:

• Pronunciation: See a completed list, with the phonetic pronunciation, of all of the new vocabulary words.
• Learn: Listen to a native Spanish-speaker pronounce the vocabulary words represented in images.
• Tips: Read grammar and language tips to help you build a stronger foundation in Spanish.
• Flashcards: Practice your vocabulary recall with the digital flashcards.
• Knowledge Checks: See if you are on the right track by matching terms and answering multiple choice questions.
• Practice: Ideas and prompts of how you can practice the new vocabulary in a conversational setting are provided in each lesson.

Course Mentor:

Tara Bradley Williams, co-Founder of Pronto Spanish, is the instructional designer for all of Pronto Spanish courses and materials.  Tara has over 25 years of Spanish and ELL (English Language Language) teaching experience at the high school, community college, and corporate training levels.  Tara has a BA degree in Spanish and Sociology from St. Norbert College and a MA in Adult Education from the University of Denver. She has studied Spanish at the Universidad de Ortega y Gasset in Toledo, Spain and has lived and traveled extensively in Spain and Latin America.
